Maddie McNeil came to our Mt. Dora Mountain Dulcimer Society monthly meeting yesterday November 5th. Ms. McNeil is staying with our good friends Lori and John. Maddie is a Dulcimer Treasure. She jumped right in and it was like playing with an old friend. We played many tunes including practicing our Christmas list. New Domain

I find that I am continuing to evolve and my website is evolving. I took a giant leag and changed my domain name to
www.dulcimerxing.com. While homerthedulcimer served me well up to now I know that I have a long journey ahead of me with many milestones to come. Since I want to expand in multiple ways but still stay grounded to the mountain dulcimer I felt dulcimerxing better defined where I am headed. I hope you like the new domain name and find it easier to enter to get to my website.

Book Signing

It is amazing how things go sometimes. I am trying to get back in the swing of things and I just posted my first blog in over a year and now I find out that the bookstore that has Dulcimer X'ing has seen my cookbook and wants me to do a book signing in December just in time for Christmas! Ellen was in the store today and mentioned the cookbook and they wanted to see a copy. She showed them and it was wow this would do well here - when can your husband do a book signing? Compacent - Status Quo - Let it be - Do nothing! Wow I cannot believe that is has been over a year since I have posted to my blog.
